MARCH GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

Club President, Todd Jennings welcomed all members.
Club Business & Information
Brian Rivenburgh was thanked by the club for a job well done
in selecting a new club meeting place.
Phil Melillo gave his monthly membership report which shows a
total of 320 members.
The monthly treasury report was delivered by George Shurter.
Rich D'Ambrosio was acknowledged for a fine job on the new Not
So Sweaty Gazette.
ORC's new and improved, interactive website is up and running
thanks to Phil Melillo and son, Mark.
Track workouts begin Wednesday, 3/12 - Warm-up at 5:45 pm and
workout at 6pm. Location is Minisink High School Track.
Todd would like club members' ideas on future guest speakers.
A suggestion box will be present at all future general
meetings to welcome member feedback, ideas, and concerns.
Upcoming Events & Club Functions
Mixer with Sullivan Striders was rescheduled due to weather
for Friday, March 7th, 6:00 pm at Gilded Otter, New Paltz.
Club Challenge will take place on Sunday, March 9th, 11 am at
Bull Park, Montgomery, NY. There is a $5 charge and members are
asked to bring a covered dish, desert or drinks. If it's a hot
dish, please bring it hot.
Chester Kiwanis Hambeltonian 5K on 5/24 @ 8:45 am.
Tonight's guest speaker was Doreen Foxwell, owner of Yoga For
Kids in Playtog's Plaza, Middletown.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
Next month's meeting will be on Wednesday, April 2nd, 7:00 pm at
Olde Erie Pub & Grill. David O'Neill will be next month's guest
speaker.
