1 Mile Road Race

Welcome to the Fastest Road Mile in New York State! We're proud to present the ORC Sprint Sprint.  Thaw out your winter legs and get them spinning DOWNHILL into downtown Goshen.

From Roger Bannister’s legendary first sub-4 to high school athletes chasing that golden standard, the mile represents speed, endurance, and pure racing.

Now it’s your turn.  Hit the streets of Goshen and see what YOU can do in the inaugural ORC Spring Sprint 1-Mile Race presented by NorthStar Energy! 

Whether you’re looking to PR, test your speed, or even walk it, just to enjoy the thrill of the mile, this is your chance.

The race begins at CJ Hooker Middle School and concludes at the Orange County Government Center, where Race Central will also be located.

Proceeds from the race directly fund our ORC Scholarship Program, which provides financial assistance to deserving student-athletes in our community, helping them pursue their academic and athletic dreams.

We will also be donating part of our profits to Section 9 Track & Field to support and celebrate our local Student Athletes' tremendous athletic achievements.

The first participants will receive an ORC Spring Sprint Runners Cap.
