Listing your Race or Event with the Orange Runners Club

The goal of our general calendar is to present a list of races that are of relevance or specific interest to our local runners to best serve our athletic and sport community. In this regard we have we have opted to request for the listing a contribution or sponsoring by the event directors and/or organizations wanting to add their event to the Orange Runners Club General Calendar. This shows their support of our organization and highlights events we can also get behind.

Please also note, we will only list races and other running events that we deem to be relevant. A primary criteria of "relevance" is that the event be within our area, or is otherwise of specific interest to our own running community. We are an all-volunteer organization, and do not have the resources to be a "MEGA listing service", for all races that do not fit our criteria for listing or are not club sponsored. So your understanding of this policy is greatly appreciated. Please contact us if you feel your event is a special consideration.

Orange Runners Club General Calendar Listing Policy
Non-Members:		$20 contribution
Orange Runners Club Members:		1 Listing per year, then $10 contribution.
Sullivan Striders Club Members:		1 Listing per year, then $10 contribution.
Special:		Determined by club officers and chairs.
Events will remain on the current year's ORC calendar until requested to be removed, or rolled over into the following year. Listing on the ORC General Calendar will include provision for results and photo links as in previous years.

Please Note! - As a service to the local running community we support a non-featured listing of running events called the Race Pile, where basic information about local running events relevant to the club will be posted as received. The curation of this event will be driven primarily by notification from the event's directors, and no provision for direct linking of applications or flyers will be provided.
